Botox & Facial Injections
Botox®: Blocks impulses from the nerve to the tiny facial muscles that are related to expression lines. Botox® relaxes the muscles so they do not contract. After treatment, the overlying skin remains smooth and unwrinkled, while the untreated facial muscles contract in a normal fashion, allowing normal facial expression to be unaffected. There is no chance of scarring and you can resume all your activities immediately after treatment. Filler Injections: (Restylane®, Collagen, and Radiesse™) fills in lines, creases, and depressed scars. They can also be used to add fullness to the cheek area or lip. There is no downtime associated with this procedure and results last between six and twelve months.
Restylane®
Restylane® is a crystal-clear gel that may be used for filling out facial wrinkles, facial folds, and the lips. Restylane® contains hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance already present in the skin. Once injected, it works together with the body’s own hyaluronic acid and creates volume. The results can be seen immediately, with the majority of patients enjoying the effects longer than six months.
Radiesse™
A longer lasting method to reduce the appearance of facial lines and folds and attain fuller lips, Radiesse™ is the latest breakthrough to reduce facial wrinkles and to enhance thin or small lips. This injectable gel product offers longer lasting results than other methods currently being used. Radiesse™ will last for years, as opposed to months, and is shown to cause little to no allergic reactions or other side effects that may be elicited with other injectable methods. Although only FDA-approved for treating incontinence, the synthetic Radiesse™ can be legally used to treat deep wrinkles.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion: This procedure uses one of several methods, such as a rotating brush or a pressurized stream of fine particles to remove the top layers of the skin to treat scars and wrinkles, exposing an undamaged, smoother layer. There is little recovery time and you can resume normal activities immediately.
Photo Rejuvenation
The light energy delivered by the BBL (Pulsed Light Laser) will gently heat up the upper layers of your skin. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas will stimulate your skin cells to generate new collagen. This will restore your to its natural beauty, blending its natural colors and making it smoother, vibrant and younger looking.
Chemical Peels
Chemical Peels: These materials facilitate resurfacing of the skin by causing gentle coagulation and removal of the outermost layers-allowing smoother and more supple skin to regenerate. This is an effective treatment for wrinkles caused by sun damage, mild scarring, and certain types of acne. The deeper the peel, the longer the recovery time, with an average of two weeks.
Laser Treatment of Veins & Redness
Broken capillaries and other visible vascular structures will be gently eliminated from the visible layers of your skin’s surface. Unwanted vessels will be preferentially heated by the laser’s energy and become less noticeable. All skin can be treated; popular areas are the face, neck, chest and legs.
Laser Skin Resurfacing
Laser skin resurfacing reduces wrinkles without scalpels or stitches. The laser emits an intense beam of energy that heats and vaporizes tissues instantaneously. It is so precise that the normal surrounding tissues are minimally affected. Lasers cause less scarring, bleeding and bruising and provide a level of control that is difficult to achieve with other treatments, in addition, lasers allow Dr. Moskowitz to immediately visualize the effect of the treatment
Microlaser Peel
An intra-epidermal laser peel that precisely ablates the outermost layers of the skin. The procedure is individually tailored to the nature of the condition to be corrected. More than a Microdermabrasion or a light chemical peel, a Micro Laser Peel can treat such conditions as: wrinkles, scars, acne scars, keratosis, or pigmentary problems.
Laser Skin Peel
A deeper peel then the MicroLaser Peel, a Laser Skin Peel will remove thin layers of your skin’s surface, which will be replaced by younger skin growth, the depth and effect of the laser will be tailored to match your skin condition and desired result. A Laser Skin Peel will soften your wrinkles making them less noticeable, some will disappear. Pigmented lesions will greatly improve.
Blepharoplasty

Endoscopic Brow & Midface Lift
As we age, gravity and skin ligament laxity cause our Upper face and Midface to become inferiorly displaced. Using small incisions in the scalp, the eyelids and Endoscopic techniques, the Brow and Midface can be repositioned to minimize the extent of excisional surgery such as Blepharoplasty and Face lifts. These techniques have reduced complications and recovery times compared to older, traditional methods.
Scar Revision
The treatment of scar revision involves various modalities such as direct excision, steroid injections, occlusive dressings, and resurfacing. Each scar is different and requires individual tailoring. Many of these methods are office procedures with only severe cases requiring treatment in the operating room.
